150% Pressure Testing
Every cylinder is hydraulically tested at 150% of its rated working pressure before it leaves the workshop.
ISO 4406 Cleanliness
Assembly and testing comply with ISO 4406 hydraulic cleanliness standards, with components washed, sealed and kitted to prevent contamination.
ISO 9606-1 Certified Welders
Welding is performed by operators certified to ISO 9606-1:2017, with first-off and in-process inspection by our engineering team.
Full Traceability
Threading, drilling and deburring run in-cycle with go/no-go gauging, and each cylinder is stamped with part and batch numbers.
