Our facility utilizes dedicated CNC lathe and milling cells to produce high-precision components for cylinder welding and assembly. Integrated automation and robotic systems help optimize capacity, consistency, and overall output quality. Before assembly, all components are washed, sealed, and kitted to maintain cleanliness.

We operate dedicated CNC machining centers for the complete fabrication of tube and rod components. Threading, drilling, and deburring are performed in-cycle, utilizing precision measurements and go/no-go gauging to maintain tight tolerances. Each cylinder is stamped with part and batch numbers to ensure complete traceability.

We utilize automated robotic weld cells and semi-automated welding lathes for high-volume production, alongside dedicated manual weld cells for complex designs and prototyping. All our welders are certified to ISO 9606-1:2017 standards, with first-off and in-process inspections conducted by our engineering team to ensure consistent quality.

Prior to assembly, all components undergo a thorough cleaning process in our custom washing facility. They are then sealed and delivered to the assembly area in protective kits to prevent contamination.

Cleanliness and quality define our assembly process. Every cylinder undergoes hydraulic testing at 150% of its working pressure and complies with ISO 4406 Hydraulic Cleanliness Standards. Our team conducts both first-off and in-process inspections to ensure reliable assembly. We operate an advanced testing rig capable of simultaneous testing of up to four cylinders, accommodating tube diameters up to 160mm and open-center cylinders up to five meters in length. The system operates across test pressures ranging from 20 to 600 bar and flow rates between 30 and 120 liters per minute.

We employ electrostatic and 2K color variation systems to reduce paint waste and achieve smooth color transitions. After thorough cleaning and degreasing, a high-solid, two-component polyurethane coating is applied to the cylinders and cured in an infrared oven. Our automated vertical conveying system optimizes efficiency, while calibrated digital instruments monitor paint thickness during production and final inspection stages to meet your exact finish requirements.

To protect your products during transit, each hydraulic cylinder is wrapped in high-density, shock-absorbing foam or protective sleeves to prevent surface scratches. We secure them inside sturdy, custom-designed wooden crates or heavy-duty transport boxes. Specialized bracing is utilized for larger cylinders to prevent movement, ensuring they arrive at your facility in excellent condition.
