Product overview

This customized cylinder pairs a spherical plain bearing rod eye with mid-trunnion pins, allowing the cylinder to pivot at both ends while the trunnion carries the reaction load at the barrel centre. An integrated port block at the rod eye keeps hose connections close to the moving end. Bore, stroke, trunnion position and bearing size are all built to the customer drawing.

Product overview

A customized double acting cylinder for pivoting drives. The spherical bearing rod eye tolerates misalignment at the load end, while the mid-trunnion pins anchor the barrel at its centre of pressure, keeping side load off the rod and seals through the full stroke.

The port block integrated into the rod eye block shortens hose runs on moving installations. Trunnion pin diameter, eye bearing size, cushioning and port positions are confirmed against the customer drawing before manufacture.
